"Diane was extremely helpful in getting me enrolled in a new auto and renters insurance bundle with State Farm. Both policies came in at a lower premium than what I had been paying for just my auto insurance alone. She took the time to walk me through each coverage option and deductible, explained everything clearly, and made sure all of my questions were answered. If she didn’t have an answer right away, she followed up with her manager to ensure I received accurate information.
