I listened, she was very informative, explained everything I needed to know, was polite, funny at times and in the end she knew her information. Of course I cancelled my old policy and signed with State Farm Mutual, due to a great price, a great history and a great sales woman, thanks Danielle!"

"When I had a serious question, on a Saturday, I was routed to an automated answering machine and given a list of choices for topics my question might cover; none of the topics applied. I selected a random choice. The machine told me there would be a twenty minute wait and I could leave my name and number and they would call me back. I did. They didn't. The lack of personal service, or any service, was frustrating. Have been with State Farm over twenty years. Will be looking for better service elsewhere."
